Extended Holiday Return Policy:
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we're offering an extended return window!
Purchases made between November 20th and December 16th can be returned until January 6th. For purchases made after December 16th, our regular return policy of 28 days applies. Happy shopping and enjoy the season!
Returns Policy:
You can return any item for a refund or store credit, or exchange it for a different colour or size within 28 days of receiving your order. Keep hold of proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing.

International Customers
Unfortunately, we don't cover the cost of international returns, this charge will be at the discretion of the customer and we always recommend returning the goods back to us using a traceable service. We only refund for the cost of the goods that have come back to us. We do not refund the original postage charge or the return postage charge. Exceptions are, of course, made to items that are faulty or were sent out incorrectly on our part.
All goods will be inspected on return; if they arrive in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund and we may send the goods back to you. Your return will be processed within 2-3 working days of the goods being received by our warehouse.
Make sure your returns are safely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged upon receipt. Although the original packaging doesn’t have to be used, we’d appreciate it if you could try!
