Shipping & Delivery

Any orders you place before 2:00pm GMT (1:00pm GMT for USA shipments) are guaranteed to be dispatched that day, otherwise they’ll be sent the next working day.

Unfortunately we do not offer Saturday delivery at this time, so any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend on a next-day delivery service, will then be dispatched on the next working day (this excludes bank holidays).

UK orders are sent with DPD on a next working day or economy service. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey

 

 

 

If your order is to be delivered outside the European union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment.

These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

We cannot mark the value of the parcel as a gift or of a lower value as this is against the law.

Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.
